The one below is a great crested grebe I think (not that I'm an expert), and the ones above are a family of Canadian geese. All seen during the past couple of days at Puumala, Lake Saimaa.

Looks like a red-breasted merganser. Female, I guess, with a greyish body. Nice bird, and a good shot!
